With over 30 plus years and as an award-winning educator, I taught high school, college and university education. Over that period, I came across students who spent 4 years pursuing a degree and at the end and time to graduate from college, they are unhappy with their choices. Some end up registering in other programs that they feel are more aligned with who they are and what they want to do. Others enter the workforce unhappy with their choices and themselves.

I had the privilege to encourage, coach, mentor and help to redirect some of these students in choosing other paths.
